Communities of Practice

The CCA Hive is our learning hub, also a place for self-improvement, to build strong social connections to others, a place that encourages personal growth, where we can all take on different roles according to our skills and passions. The hive is a way to come together in unity for our common cause of the importance of climate coaching at this crucial juncture of climate choices

As a beehive has specific cells with specific purposes, our ongoing ‘communities of practice’ are community cells or a series of progressive events, that are focused on a particular climate coaching issue or knowledge resource. These build a sense of social connection and community and encourage sustained practice and commitment.

Below are just some of our emerging communities of practice…

Self-organising communities are at the heart of the CCA Hive. In addition to our global community of members, we’re developing and supporting other communities across the world; Local Communities, Language Communities and Pods (Communities of Interest).

We believe communities of coaches focused on leaning into the vast opportunities and often overwhelming space that the climate and ecological crisis presents will be accelerators for our learning as practitioners, people and a global profession.
