CONNECTION CELEBRATION
November to February
Connection Celebration - Program
As the CCA was establihed back in November 2019, we kick start our Seasonal Heartbeats year with the Connection Celebration, commemorating not only our Anniversary but also celebrating Living Systems in Action and a time of rebirth and regeneration.
Our focus for this season is Connection and Communication during which we explore the different ways to connect with each other either through keynote and community events that share ways to interact, build relationships and actively engage with colleagues, or through deep conversations in communities of practice and peer dialogue.
Building strong connections plays a crucial role in our personal and professional lives as they help us establish meaningful relationships, enhance our communication skills, and enable us to intentionally collaborate effectively with others. Within the CCA, our coaching connections allow us to create a support system of like-minded individuals who can offer guidance, advice, and assistance when needed. These connections and shared experience can be particularly valuable during the current climate challenges and when faced with coaching obstacles.
This season also introduces us to connection spaces by accessing valuable resources that provide opportunities for personal growth and self-improvement. In The Hive, we can surround ourselves with individuals who inspire and motivate us, and resources that can expose us to different perspectives, cultures, and ideas or affirm the work we’re already engaging in.
This is the celebratory season that unveils our new initiatives, including our evolving connection projects, and fosters a sense of collective values in our communities and Global Conversations.
