The theme for this year’s FREE Global Festival came from our members and the needs expressed collectively at this pivotal time:

Tools for Transitions

Navigating the Paradoxes, Polarities and Paradigms in Climate Coaching

Our intention is to build coaches’ confidence and competence, knowledge, capacity, mobilisation and empowerment for climate coaching and action through:

  • Giving knowledge for guidance, best practice, inspiration, information, awareness and engagement
  • Empowering/developing coaches through, skills, tools support, engagement, eco cycle
  • Providing space for community and collaboration, partnerships, exploration and reflective conversations

The Festival was FREE and was delivered in two parts. The first was a series of curated keynote presentations while the second delivered over 50 wide-ranging workshops and reflective and engaging events in different languages across varying time zones. These were led by CCA members and associated partners from every corner of the globe.
