“Systemic conversations – including climate conversations – in the coaching room: Co-creating wider systemic awareness and climate change curiosity with clients in coaching sessions”

In this workshop session, Linda Aspey invites you to consider if you sometimes invite coaching clients into conversations or topics that are in the system but they have not explicitly raised. We will then explore how your current skills and strategies can potentially add value to conversations around climate, environmental and social issues that the client may not have brought but could help the client to achieve the best from their coaching.
