Su Ha Coaching – for a life more satisfying and sustainable in an age of climate crisis
Could we develop an approach to wellbeing that doesn’t involve turning away from what’s difficult, but instead is about bringing out our best responses to the challenges of our time and developing a deeply satisfying life that is good for ourselves, other people and the world? Su Ha, which stands for Sustainable Happiness, is a modern hybrid wellbeing practice system that takes steps in this direction. This webinar introduces the Su Ha approach, including examples of what it might look like in coaching. Some coaches who attended a recent Su Ha training found it so transformed their coaching practice that they now think of themselves as Su Ha coaches.
