Conflict Resolution through Raja Yoga Meditation and Coaching
How can the power of meditation help people resolve conflicts that arise in the face of the Climate Crisis?
Climate coaches are partner to leaders who is taking charge of sustainability initiatives and actions. At climate challenge, leaders naturally encounter conflicts with nature, people, and themselves. We as climate coaches contribute them by providing deep and eye-opening questions in order to make positive shift in their awareness.
What benefits of meditation can we incorporate into our coaching so that we can create true transformation?
This time, we will invite Sister Aruna, who has been meditating for 37 years at Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University in India, the home of meditation, to explore what tips we can glean from true meditation for use in coaching for conflict resolution.

Aruna Ladva, International Speaker, Meditation Teacher and Author of -It's Time ...to meditate Aruna has been practicing meditation at Brahma Kunmaris Spritual University for 37 years. She is fortunate to have the blend of both cultures – the East and West! She was born in Kenya, educated in England, worked in Canada, and has lived in various other parts of the world and travels regularly to India. Her interest in the study of the ‘self’ has led her to explore different ways of creating a peaceful life, through the balance of a dairy-free lifestyle combined with meditation. As a Certified Negotiator in Conflict Resolution, she works to promote inner peace and harmony. In November 2014, Aruna received a ‘Women of Excellence Award’ from the Yoga Federation of India, for her contribution to social work.
