Dr.Isabel Rimanoczy , Ed.D., is an academic who has made it her goal to develop change accelertors. She challenges us to be more aware of our role in creating the problems we have collectively generated, and helps us to transform how we see ourselves, each other, and the world. As a former coach, in 2005 she decided to start a doctoral research to study the motivations of business leaders championing sustainabiity initiatives. As a result of that study, she developed the framework of the twelve Sustainabiity Mindset Principles. She co-develped with Dr. Beate Klingenberg the Sustainability Mindset Indicator, a personal developed tool that maps and profiles where an individual is on their journey towards developing a mindset for sustainability. The SMI has received three awards from Wharton University and QS, UK. She shares her passion through writing, teaching educators and coaches, students and business leaders, and in speaking engagements.
