The business sector is increasingly concerned about climate issues. Still, there is also a growing concern about “greenwashing.” Patagonia’s purpose as a company is to solve environmental problems.
This session will show how Patagonia addresses climate issues as a business challenge and integrates them into our business activities.
The session will also explore how this pioneering work can help participants to take action. In addition, the presenter, who also work to build a coaching culture as an internal coach, and host, who coaches the presenter, will discuss the connection between coaching practices and the Climate Challenge.

She is also an Internal Coach, having completed the Mindfulness-Based Coach Camp, an accredited program of the International Coaching Federation.
