Miniatures of Evolution – Prototype

“Miniatures of Evolution” is a series of 5 online seminars aimed at writing our own personal theory of evolution, designed as a guide to suggest action steps to stay true to ourselves in the ecological crisis. To do this, we will use our imagination and form two premises, one deriving from an experiential process of Focusing, the other from the observation of nature. Focusing is an introspective method created by the philosopher and psychologist Eugene T. Gendlin and can be considered a first-person methodology, in the sense given to this word by F. Varela.
