Using Coaching To Work With Young People To Help Them Address The Climate Challenge

As a group we have shared research and practical ideas about using a coaching approach with young people, and developed a toolkit for educators. Join our May meeting to explore:

• the benefits of using  ‘journey’ metaphors within coaching
• practical strategies to incorporate  ‘ journey’ metaphors (word and images)  into coaching sessions
• the potential for using  ‘ journey’ metaphors when coaching young people about climate action

Our meetings are also a great opportunity to connect with others interested in using a coaching approach with young people. All are warmly invited whatever your background. So far our pod has a fabulous mix of parents, teachers, activists, leaders, coaches, volunteers and more.
