Purpose has been prominent since our founding vision – that if we have better leaders we will have a better world – however as we’ve explored the landscape of opportunity and challenged ourselves to rise to do and be more, the realisation has dawned that purpose simply is not enough. There are many other elements in the equation of creating, leading and building a sustainable, impactful and successful coaching entity, we’d like to share with you what we’ve discovered at both the underpinnings of our success to date, and the greatest opportunities for us to accelerate and amplify our impact as we look ahead.

We do know that we do not have all the answers, all we can do is continue to ask better questions. The questions we have asked ourselves will be amongst the insights we share.
