Political Pod : Shaping Political Discussions and New Styles of Democracy for Our Times

This month we are offering a new way of supporting each other in our efforts to reach into the public arena. Using peer coaching we will explore the theme:

      “How can CCA coaches contribute in shaping political discussions and new styles of democracy for our times?” 

For this experiment bring your personal thoughts, ideas and questions about how democracies can be more representative and rise to the growing challenges of climate, environmental and governmental uncertainty.  We will support each other by exploring the themes you bring with a view to creating just and restorative political and economic systems.
 
The session will take the form of an “open space” peer coaching format. We will collect and arrange the topics at the beginning of the meeting and spend most of our time peer coaching in breakout rooms. We are hoping this session will give us an opportunity to share and learn from each other and the peer coaching format will act as a catalyst in transforming our coaching practice to create more impact.
