·         What does a Wellbeing Economy look like?

·         How can coaches support the shift to economic frameworks that embrace the needs of the whole community?

In this session we will explore with Amanda, the knowledge and policy lead for the Wellbeing Economy Alliance (WEAll), the role of coaches in shifting toward Economic Wellbeing.

Recently she and her team developed the Wellbeing Economy Policy Design Guide which contains practical tools, case studies and suggestions to support communities to:

1.    Transform their vision of progress and move beyond GDP

2.    Design a strategy to foster the areas of economic life most important for wellbeing

3.    Assess and select policies to support systems change

4.    Foster inclusive, participatory policy implementation

5.    Evaluate policy impacts on wellbeing for learning, adaptation and success

After presenting this guide, Amanda will answer questions and discuss the pivotal role that coaching can play in supporting a Wellbeing approach within communities for the future.
