Loving Breath Meditation
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or down from all the headlines and hurts happening around our world? You are not alone! Find community with others seeking release from overwhelm. Weekly, we will practice honoring our pain for the world through a gently guided meditation. Opening each session by sharing our highs and lows. We ground through gratitude and acknowledge our grief. Following the meditation we will close with any take-aways. Then we go forth with a lightened load, having shared and moved through the stuck-ness. Drop in when able via zoom or in person.
