Ruma is a highly experienced C-Suite coach with a focus on legacy and taking responsibility for our own impact. She is CTI (co-active) and ORSC (relationships & systems) certified, holds the ICF PCC and WABC CBC credentials and has coached and facilitated teams across 14 countries.
She is the co-facilitator of the Climate Change Coaching Coaching Training and is based in Mumbai, India.
