Marie R. Miyashiro, Empathy Consultant and Author - The Empathy Factor business book Marie pioneered bringing authentic empathy training to organizations in a way that is repeatable, transferable and scalable. Considered a global thought and practice leader in empathy and Nonviolent Communication in workplaces, she gives keynote talks and workshops and trains other trainers and facilitators on how to bring empathy and psychological safety to organizations while meeting the needs for profit, progress and growth. A Certified Facilitator and organization and team communication training specialist, Marie designs and delivers uncommonly transformative and enjoyable learning events as an expert designer of team training events and co-creation conversations. She has developed and delivered innovative multi-year train-the-trainer programs in over 22 countries. She mentors Organization Development Ph.D. candidates at Bowling Green State University and is on the faculty of Paris-based CrossKnowledge, one of the world’s largest online learning platforms.

Spare Field - Not in use - Elena Bernasconi-Tabellini has been a Nonviolent Communication certified trainer since 2015, Elena got to know Nonviolent Communication (NVC) at her workplace in 2005 and later in 2008 from Marshall Rosenberg. As a result of this last training, she decided to drastically change her life and align it more and more to the universal needs and values that she was getting acquainted with through her practice with NVC. From that moment, Elena has been studying, practicing and applying NVC into her work, personal and family life as mother of two girls. In 2010, while serving as Chief Administrative Officer for a global communication association, she started offering NVC workshops. In 2012 she discovered two other important movements that keep inspiring her: permaculture and transition network. In 2015 she certified as NVC trainer, founded "Back to Empathy” and since then she has devoted her life to co-creating the world in which she wishes that our future generations will be living. She currently shares her expertise through talks and workshops for organizations (with “Empathy4Business"), schools and families in Switzerland, Italy and internationally. She also works on building partnerships and collaborations to increase the impact for social change.
