Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching – A Companion Guide for the Journey
The CCA has brought out a ground-breaking book that brings us thinking from around the world through 70 contributors and offers some tools to bring the climate and ecological climate into conversations with our clients, friends, and colleagues. In this webinar two of the authors, Dr. Josie McLean and Eve Turner, will give an overview of the book, and invite your discussion and thoughts You will go away with the following:
- An understanding of the Eco-phase model used by the CCA, and how it can open up conversations
- Insight into thinking from around the world that can help with the challenges we face
- Identify what you can do personally and professionally and come up with some starting points
You will also hear about, and get an opportunity to apply for, a free, facilitated programme on Ecological and Climate-Conscious coaching based on the book that will run over several sessions later in 2023. Those applying will need to be bi-lingual and agree to run free, facilitated programmes themselves at least once a year in another language.

Eve Turner is a coach and supervisor globally and author and co-author of several books, chapters, and articles including “Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching: A Companion Guide to Evolving Coaching Practice,” and “Systemic Coaching.”
She is immediate part chair of the body, “The Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision” and volunteers extensively including co-founding the CCA – the Climate Coaching Alliance and founding the first Global Supervisors’ Network in 2016.

An early pioneer of coaching in Australia and past President of ICFA, Josie has also been a volunteer involved in the global expansion of The Pachamama Alliance’s Symposium. Mor4e recently she co-founded the CCA. <br><br>She continues to author in systems journals and her previous books include “The Equation” and “Big Little Shifts”. Her doctoral thesis explored “Embedding sustainability into organisational DNA: a story of complexity”. She currently supports leadership development and change initiatives within organisations and communities.
