CCA ANZ – Being Eco-Aware: the stages of grief

In several recent global CEO surveys, most Australian executives appear to believe the risk from climate change is not big to them and their businesses. Most feel they are making greater progress in ESG (environmental, social and governance) action than in most other Western countries. However, other climate-related research casts doubt on those beliefs.

Taking inspiration from the wonderful book “Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching”, in our upcoming CCA Australasia pod meeting, we will explore how we as coaches and supporters of business can assist executives to create new perspectives and greater understanding by utilising the 7 stages of the Ecological Awareness Cycle.
