Climate Cafe for all – August 28

Feeling anxious about the summer heat or wildfires? Join us at our climate café to share your thoughts and feelings in a relaxed, safe space with friendly, experienced facilitators. It’s a welcoming place to talk, listen, and connect with others who understand.

What is a Climate Café?
Climate Cafe is a warm and welcoming space, with facilitators, where you and others who are concerned about the climate crisis and related issues share your feelings and thoughts. It’s a haven from busyness and isolation. A space for you to come as you are, share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.

A Climate Cafe is not a space for planning climate action or discussing climate policy. While these actions are very important, they are not the focus of our Climate Cafés. We are taking this approach because we know that sharing feelings in a supportive setting helps to build our resilience during this confusing and difficult time.

There are only 12 spots available so be sure to register here to hold your spot. Once you register we will send you an email closer to the date with the link to our online platform.

You can learn more about our Climate Cafes at: https://www.carbonconversationsto.com/climate-cafes

Note: we always try our best to cultivate a safe space for our participants in Climate Cafes. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrive at the session on time, and we will have to deny any admissions that are later than 7:15 ET in order to provide you and other participants a meaningful and engaging experience. In case you cannot make it on time to this Climate Cafe, we always welcome you to sign up for our future sessions.
