Why Join a Climate Café?
One of the biggest challenges of the climate crisis is knowing how to handle the complex emotions it brings up. Where can we safely talk about our fear, outrage, and grief? The more comfortable we become with these difficult feelings, the better we can cope. Climate Cafés provide a structured, yet informal space for open, respectful discussions about our emotional responses to the climate crisis.

What is a Climate Café?
In safe, welcoming and small groups, people can express without judgment their concerns about our changing climate. These cafés offer vital support for confidential discussions of personal, family, and societal impacts. By fostering open dialogue, Climate Cafés help participants stay connected and grounded while they explore emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, helplessness, sadness, and grief.

Inclusive and non-political, these expertly facilitated gatherings are open to anyone aged 18 or over, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to discuss climate concerns in a supportive environment, without feeling pressure to find solutions or take action.*

Join us! We, Alex Arnold, Climate Resilience Coach, and Hartley Newell-Acero, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, invite you to join this small-group, free, online discussion!

Finding support in community is one of the first steps to coping with the changes that affect us all.
