CCA 5 Year Celebration

How does a new community formed by 3 people with passion, commitment and purpose, become a thriving, active community of 4,000 members with influence within the coaching profession, in less than 5 years? 

That is the story of the Climate Coaching Alliance.  And in this dialogue, we will explore how the co-founders created and sustained a movement and organisation which operates under living systems principles, with a case study review of the CCA as it celebrates its fifth birthday.  Co-founders Eve Turner and Josie McLean (sadly the third co-founder Ali Whybrow died in 2022) will be in conversation with two of those now co-ordinating its mission, Stu Pickles and Hazel Farrer.

What has worked?  What would we do differently? What difference has the CCA made?  What are we learning?  What for the future now?
