Equinox Celebration

Falling on the cusp of the Equinox, we are delighted to welcome you to the next gathering of the Coaching In & With Nature Pod on Thursday 21 March (18:00-19:00 UTC) where the theme will be transitions, balance and cycles in community. The celebration will explore:

• Taking a cosmos scale in coaching; working with ideas from the galaxy to honour this celestial event; looking at who we are in the system; outdoor activities under the stars.
• Sit spots and still points; using the balancing time of the equinox, exploring the nature of sit spots and how to use them and creating a liminal space for deep listening and silence.
• Dialogue with nature; understanding the concept of kinship, connection; appreciating cycles and this time of equality in nature; transitions as a natural process.
   

We invite you to share and explore with us how you work with these ideas through your coaching in nature or how you celebrate this equinox time where you are in the world. 

This is the third gathering of this emerging pod and is for those experienced or simply curious about nature coaching, and its relationship with climate consciousness to share ideas and learn from each other’s approaches to harnessing the magical powers of nature in coaching.
